Our founders
Founded by Richard Gramser and Erwin Hilbrands, two experienced maritime professionals with a deep understanding of commercial operations, Stormer Workboats was born from a clear vision: to create rugged, ready-to-go vessels that thrive in the most demanding industrial environments. With backgrounds in shipbuilding, engineering and hands-on fieldwork, they set out to build boats that don’t just perform, they endure. Their practical mindset and commitment to quality shaped Stormer’s DNA: reliability, strength and operational excellence.
